Description

Build and maintain deep knowledge of Sapio Sciences products and services.
Work with the team to develop and deploy customer solutions.
Partner with the Business Analyst to understand customer business requirements and processes.
Design customer solutions using an agile approach and define sprint deliverables for Application Engineers.
Ensure customer requirements are met within time, budget, quality, and success criteria.
Advise customers on best practices to support successful deployments.
Provide third-tier support after implementation of configurations.
Support Project Managers in delivering customer projects.
Act as a bridge between the Product team and customers to ensure functionality works as intended.
Document customer feedback, design decisions, implementation details, and deployment services documentation.

Requirements

Several years of experience designing and delivering solutions for LIMS, ELN, or similar complex software.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science.
Strong programming skills with detailed knowledge of Python.
Deep knowledge of LIMS, ELN, and SDMS products in a laboratory setting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and fact-finding skills.
Proven organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain high accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent listening and presentation skills.
Demonstrated success working effectively from a home office.
Effective time management and prioritization skills.
Good computer skills, including Internet, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and CRM programs.
Knowledge of GWT, MySQL, Oracle, Tomcat, Linux, or AWS is preferred.
Must be a self-starter who is willing to learn from colleagues.
Must be a strong communicator and trusted by customers.
Must maintain the highest standards of integrity and respect for coworkers, customers, and prospects.
