Description

  • Partner with enterprise customers to understand business challenges, workflows, and AI transformation goals.
  • Lead discovery workshops, technical assessments, and solution design sessions to identify AI opportunities.
  • Advise customers on AI strategy, implementation roadmaps, and enterprise adoption best practices.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable AI solution architectures aligned with customer objectives.
  • Design end-to-end AI architectures for applications, intelligent agents, automation workflows, and enterprise integrations.
  • Define technical blueprints covering infrastructure, data flows, APIs, security, and deployment strategies.
  • Lead technical solution delivery from proof of concept through production deployment.
  • Work alongside customers to ensure successful integration with existing enterprise systems.
  • Support solution validation, performance optimization, testing, and production readiness.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, AI, Customer Success, and Sales to improve the platform and customer experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, Enterprise Architecture, or Software Engineering.
  • Experience designing and delivering enterprise software, cloud, or AI solutions for customers.
  • Strong understanding of Large Language Models, Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and enterprise AI architectures.
  • Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Understanding of APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Experience designing secure, scalable, and highly available enterprise solutions.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, cloud-native technologies, and modern application architectures.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across engineering, product, sales, and customer success.
  • Enterprise AI, industry consulting, cloud/infrastructure, pre-sales/customer success, and enterprise integrations experience are preferred.
