Description

  • Lead deployment planning and complex technical discussions for containerized customer environments.
  • Analyze customer architecture and recommend optimal self-hosted solutions.
  • Establish real-time data integrations between customer systems and Celonis using APIs and internal tools.
  • Act as the central technical stakeholder for delivery and onboarding of the Celonis platform.
  • Remove technical barriers to user adoption by clarifying risks and trade-offs.
  • Guide customers on authentication, SSO, LDAP, and user/group provisioning.
  • Collaborate with Product Development to determine when issues require platform enhancements versus customer-specific solutions.
  • Manage technical expectations across stakeholders during implementation.
  • Support secure and successful integrations with source systems and customer infrastructure.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in a deployment/integration role.
  • 3+ years deploying and managing containerized applications on Kubernetes.
  • Active Government Clearance (Public Trust, Secret, or Top Secret) with 18 months to 2 years of remaining eligibility.
  • Advanced knowledge of at least one Kubernetes distribution such as Amazon EKS, Azure AKS, or Red Hat OpenShift.
  • Experience deploying, scaling, and maintaining highly available, secure, resilient Kubernetes applications.
  • Proven experience with infrastructure as code, such as Terraform.
  • Helm or Kustomize experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with tools such as ArgoCD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Ansible is a plus.
  • Experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP API management, Kafka or similar streaming tools, SSO, LDAP, IT security, and Agile methods.
  • Experience with Python, SQL, data pipelines, and ETL for large volumes of data is a plus.
  • Knowledge of security and compliance topics for enterprise applications.
  • Solid project management experience and strong customer-facing experience.
  • Must be able to work without visa sponsorship.

  • Base salary of $128,000–$150,000 USD for Washington, D.C. based on a full-time schedule.
