Description

  • Assess the assigned territory and develop an effective execution strategy.
  • Drive quarter-over-quarter consumption growth in existing accounts.
  • Exceed activity and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Track customer details, use cases, timelines, next steps, and forecasts in Salesforce.
  • Identify new use case opportunities and demonstrate value to existing customers.
  • Promote the value of Databricks' Data Intelligence Platform.
  • Coordinate with field engineering teams to deliver strong customer outcomes.
  • Build value across engagements and guide negotiations through to close.

Requirements

  • Extensive understanding of the data platform, open source, and cloud ecosystems.
  • Strong prospecting and stakeholder-mapping skills.
  • Demonstrated success in value selling and developing mutual action plans.
  • Ability to influence customer leadership teams on decision-making and strategy.
  • Ability to establish credibility with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Experience selling to technical buyers.
  • Experience growing consumption and closing commit deals in a direct sales role.
  • Mastery of MEDDPICC.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
  • Fluency in English and Swedish is required.
