Description

  • Develop and execute a territory strategy to identify and prioritize high-potential prospects.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities with support from the Sales Development team.
  • Drive your own prospecting efforts to generate new business.
  • Understand customer pain points and present Miro’s value proposition for specific use cases.
  • Build trust with C-level and VP-level stakeholders and guide them through the buying process.
  • Manage high-velocity and strategic sales cycles to achieve revenue targets and quotas.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, SDR, and Renewals teams.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and SaaS market developments.
  • Use sales tools and systems such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong to manage sales activity.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Account Executive experience in a SaaS or technology sales environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding new business quotas.
  • Experience with value-based selling techniques and methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling abilities.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong, or similar tools.
  • Passion for prospecting and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Resilience in navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional partners such as SDR, Renewals, and Customer Success is preferred.
