Description

  • Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of Solutions Architects.
  • Lead the team in identifying key use cases and building compelling proof of concepts.
  • Develop and execute strategies for the team’s growth, performance, and continuous learning.
  • Guide the team in qualifying opportunities and supporting regional sales target attainment.
  • Lead technical activities including qualifications, proof of concepts, architecture discussions, product demonstrations, and implementation plans.
  • Help drive technical wins in complex sales cycles.
  • Ensure customers succeed with Databricks solutions and deliver measurable business value.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with sales, partners, and go-to-market teams.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and positive team morale.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in the data space with technical products such as data warehousing, big data, or machine learning.
  • Proven experience as a trusted advisor to technical executives on strategic data infrastructure decisions.
  • Track record of mentoring, training, and helping peers grow.
  • Ability to build positive morale and effective working relationships across Field Engineering, Sales, and other internal partners.
  • Open to high-performing senior individual contributors who have demonstrated leadership traits in their current role.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry, especially with health plans and health insurers, is a plus.
  • Experience working with enterprise software, big data/analytics, data engineering, or data science solutions is relevant.
  • Ability to operate in complex, customer-facing pre-sales environments.

  • Local pay range of $172,500 to $237,150 USD.
