Description

  • Partner with Account Executives to support the full sales cycle from discovery through close and technical handoff to implementation teams.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions to understand client payment flows, fraud challenges, and business KPIs.
  • Design and present tailored solutions for fraud detection strategies and payment orchestration and optimization.
  • Deliver product demos, support Proof of Value and Proof of Concept activities, and lead technical presentations.
  • Translate customer requirements into technical specifications for internal teams.
  • Advise prospects on fraud prevention best practices, chargeback mitigation strategies, and payment authorization optimization.
  • Support RFP and RFI responses as well as technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams by sharing feedback from prospects and existing customers.
  • Assist with onboarding handoff to implementation and customer success teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in solutions consulting, sales engineering, pre-sales, or fraud/risk/payments roles with client-facing exposure.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish required; Portuguese fluency is a plus.
  • Strong domain expertise in ecommerce platforms and payment ecosystems, including gateways, PSPs, acquirers, and issuers.
  • Experience in fraud prevention, including chargebacks, dispute management, risk signals, and AI/ML models.
  • Experience working with APIs and basic systems integrations.
  • Proven ability to present to both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience working with fraud prevention SaaS providers is preferred.
  • Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market accounts is preferred.
  • Background in data analysis or ROI measurement using BI tools, SQL, or similar tools is preferred.
  • Prior experience supporting LATAM markets.
  • Ability to travel as needed for conferences and prospect meetings.
