Description

  • Assess the territory and develop an execution strategy.
  • Drive quarter-on-quarter consumption growth in existing accounts.
  • Exceed activity and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Track customer details, use cases, purchase timelines, next steps, and forecasts in Salesforce.
  • Identify new use case opportunities and demonstrate value to existing customers.
  • Promote the value of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction across the assigned accounts.
  • Guide deals forward to shorten decision cycles.
  • Report to the Sales Director for Enterprise Sales Benelux.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience selling to enterprise accounts.
  • Understanding of the consumption sales process.
  • Experience selling innovation and value to existing customers.
  • Ability to identify new use cases and grow consumption in direct sales.
  • Good understanding of data platforms and cloud ecosystems.
  • Some exposure to the software industry and selling SaaS, data, and business value.
  • Experience growing consumption and closing commit deals in a direct sales role.
  • Competence in prospecting research and mapping key stakeholders.
  • Advanced understanding of MEDDPICC.
  • Experience exceeding sales targets or quotas.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
  • Fluency in English is required; fluency in Dutch is preferred.
