Description

  • Define and execute sales plans for the assigned territory to meet and exceed quota.
  • Prospect, qualify, manage, and close sales opportunities.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of strategic transactions through the sales process.
  • Identify and close new opportunities across mid-enterprise accounts.
  • Present Rubrik solutions in complex data center design environments.
  • Co-sell and strategize with partners, distributors, VARs, and channel partners to drive growth.
  • Provide management with feedback on local market opportunities and new business prospects.
  • Work with Sales Engineers, Sales Development, and Channel Development teams to exceed sales quotas.

Requirements

  • 5 years of tech sales experience selling IT infrastructure or SaaS security.
  • Consistent track record of landing net new logos.
  • Strong performance selling to many accounts across multiple verticals.
  • Experience working with channel partners.
  • Consistent overachievement in sales targets.
  • Highly driven, goal-oriented, self-starter attitude.
  • Experience selling complex solutions.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $138,150 to $174,700 USD.
  • Eligibility to earn commissions under the company’s Incentive Compensation Plan.
