Description

  • Lead a team of account executives and coach them to build the skills and behaviors needed to succeed.
  • Set territory plans, team structure, individual quotas, patches, and investment capacity requirements.
  • Own revenue forecasting and reporting, including strategic go-to-market programs.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to manage the full revenue and customer success process.
  • Build a team culture centered on teamwork, value-led selling, and customer outcomes.
  • Develop trust-based relationships with customers and partners to support long-term success.
  • Promote ongoing learning around technical product details and the future product roadmap.
  • Create a revenue growth and investment plan within the first 90 days.
  • Collaborate with leaders across EMEA to deliver strategic growth plans and maintain forecast accuracy.
  • Drive expansion of existing business and growth in Databricks consumption.

Requirements

  • Experience as a high-growth enterprise software sales leader serving Named and Strategic customers in UKI within Data, AI, Cloud, or SaaS sales.
  • Experience within the FSI sector.
  • A history of exceeding sales quotas in similar high-growth technology companies.
  • Ability to engage with and hire sales talent in the market.
  • Experience coaching teams using methodology-based sales approaches, including MEDDPIC and a Challenger mentality.
  • Experience selling value-based solutions to business and IT stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
  • Leadership experience managing sales organizations to influence, develop, and achieve objectives in Data, AI, Cloud, or SaaS sales.
  • An established executive relationship network with key public sector customers.
  • Knowledge of the partner ecosystem to grow enterprise strategic territories.
  • Success implementing consumption-based and commitment-based sales revenue models.
