Description

  • Own the technical sales process, including answering customer inquiries, providing data samples, and resolving data-related issues.
  • Create common market data examples and use cases in Python, C++, and/or Rust.
  • Gather customer feedback, testimonials, and case studies.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, record-keeping, and CRM organization.
  • Build executive relationships across the industry, as well as with key partners and customers.
  • Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to identify business opportunities and adjust sales strategies.
  • Collaborate across teams to align sales efforts with company objectives and deliver a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • Experience across the end-to-end sales pipeline, including top-of-funnel, upselling, channel sales, customer success, and forecasting.
  • Ability to understand and communicate with developers and quants.
  • Experience with quant trading and market microstructure.
  • Strong attention to detail and record-keeping, with the ability to automate processes in HubSpot.
  • Professional communication skills suited to an institutional financial product.
  • Ability to manage the sales cycle in a white-glove, consultative way.
  • Comfort working in a startup environment with limited resources and personnel.
  • Active use of GitHub is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of C++, Python, and/or Rust to help answer client inquiries is a bonus.
