Description

  • Handle customer communications through chat and email.
  • Provide personalized, high-quality customer service and effective solutions.

Requirements

  • Previous non-voice customer support experience is required.
  • Strong written email communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and issue-resolution abilities.
  • Positive energy and a can-do attitude.
  • High integrity, diligence, and attention to quality.
  • Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to provide salary expectations and a preferred start date.
  • Ability to work from home and visit the BGC office to collect equipment.
