Description

  • Achieve territory revenue targets by developing new accounts and expanding wallet share with existing national and local accounts.
  • Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments and understanding account requirements.
  • Build and maintain personal relationships with adjusters, team leads, and supervisors.
  • Recommend new products and services based on current product results and customer needs.
  • Increase referral volume and revenue by presenting capabilities, building rapport, and overcoming objections.
  • Document sales and account activities and results in the internal CRM platform.
  • Stay current through participation in industry conferences and seminars.
  • Collaborate with internal operations teams to support client relationships and business needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college (BA/BS).
  • Auto claims or workers’ compensation claims experience is preferred.
  • IME sales experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.
  • Strong business development mindset.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally.
  • Strong closing, prospecting, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to meet sales goals.
  • Candidates who reside in Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Maryland, or Virginia are strongly preferred, but not required.
