Description

  • Analyze source and target systems to understand data models, business rules, and transformation flows between platforms.
  • Document entity mappings, field mappings, transformation rules, and validation criteria in a structured way.
  • Participate in client calls in English to gather requirements, clarify ambiguities, and propose solutions.
  • Understand the client platform’s existing integrations, including their business logic and technical design.
  • Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications that developers can implement clearly.
  • Identify edge cases, data inconsistencies, and delivery risks before they become blockers.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and client stakeholders to ensure clarity and reduce rework.
  • Produce traceable documentation that connects requirements, design, and validation.
  • Lead a team of 3 developers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or in a similar role in system integration, data migration, or platform transformation projects.
  • Experience documenting data mappings between systems with different entity models.
  • Proven experience translating business requirements into executable technical specifications for development teams.
  • Experience participating in calls with English-speaking clients and working in distributed teams.
  • Strong English communication skills, with fluent spoken and written English at C1 level or higher.
  • Proactive and autonomous profile, able to identify issues and propose solutions without explicit instructions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, especially in documenting transformation rules and data mappings.
  • Clear and structured communication skills for both written documentation and stakeholder conversations.
  • Ability to work in environments with incomplete requirements, complex data structures, and high delivery-risk dependencies.
  • Nice to have: SQL knowledge for data analysis, transformation validation, and edge case identification.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and/or middleware integrations.
  • Ability to read technical documentation for APIs, database schemas, and integration flows.
  • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Linear, or similar.
  • Desired experience with accounting platforms, ERP, CRM, or property management systems.
