Description

  • Deliver research projects including market sizing, scoping, and growth strategy work.
  • Use primary and secondary research methods to gather, analyze, and interpret data.
  • Lead research projects end to end, from client briefing through delivery.
  • Manage client relationships and communicate progress regularly throughout projects.
  • Develop new analytical approaches to improve processes and expand the team’s capabilities.
  • Create and test data sets to support analysis and innovation.
  • Balance work across multiple projects and clients while meeting agreed timescales.
  • Ensure all work is delivered to a high standard and within deadlines.

Requirements

  • Expertise in data analysis, including data processing, model building, dashboard creation, and analytics.
  • Ability to turn data into actionable insights that address client needs.
  • Experience managing research studies end to end using proprietary market intelligence datasets and desk-based research.
  • Experience with both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
  • Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • A curious and innovative mindset with the ability to think independently and develop new solutions.
  • Degree-level education in a related field such as Business, Economics, Politics, or Geography; Master’s level education is desirable but not essential.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau or Power BI, and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Built environment or construction sector experience is desirable but not essential.
