Description

  • Analyze IT systems, data, and business processes to improve data structures, automations, workflows, and operational efficiency.
  • Evaluate current IT architecture and infrastructure to identify opportunities for optimization, modernization, and improved security.
  • Maintain and create support documentation and train employees on current and new platforms, technical solutions, and procedures.
  • Use tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, and low-code platforms to deliver data and workflow solutions.
  • Partner with vendors to support employee laptops through hardware and software installation, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Provide day-to-day production support, including workflow configuration and break/fix troubleshooting.
  • Integrate and navigate multiple systems and databases to support enterprise projects and cross-functional process changes.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to support leadership and stakeholder decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics tools that generate actionable insights.
  • Translate business questions into analytic frameworks and deliver recommendations based on complex business requirements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, BI solution development, application administration/configuration, and/or application development.
  • Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred, or equivalent education, training, and relevant work experience.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise application and data management strategies, including scalable and optimized solution design.
  • Experience with database design, stored procedures, functions and/or views, data migration, maintenance, and Object/Relational Mapping.
  • Ability to work with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, define business cases, and guide solution decisions.
  • Experience leveraging low-code/no-code or “citizen developer” tools to deliver solutions.
  • Understanding of HIPAA compliance.
  • Preferred experience with Azure Stack Hub.
  • Preferred experience with MS Forms, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Features, and Event Handlers.
  • Preferred experience with data prep tools such as Alteryx or Tableau Prep.
  • Preferred experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, or Yellowfin.
