Description

  • Serve as the primary analytics thought partner and data expert for the Partnerships leadership team.
  • Drive strategic decisions around agent acquisition, baseline pricing, and new market opportunities.
  • Track, evaluate, and optimize the agent-facing platform experience.
  • Define usability metrics for new product features to improve user actions and sprint outcomes.
  • Build diagnostic data models to analyze, track, and mitigate backend financial exposure.
  • Analyze historical operational data to identify risk concentration hotspots and support debt recovery frameworks.
  • Define key onboarding and retention milestones across the agent journey and monitor conversion performance for annuities funnels.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and analytics teams to maintain business logic, dashboards, and self-service analytics.
  • Build, test, and integrate generative AI tools to automate analytics workflows and improve delivery speed.
  • Provide guidance, peer code reviews, and mentorship to junior analytics team members.

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, data science, or a similar analytically intensive individual contributor role.
  • Expert knowledge of SQL is required.
  • Strong foundation in statistics and predictive data modeling is highly desired.
  • Familiarity with Python or R is a major plus.
  • Experience with advanced visualization and dashboarding tools such as Hex, Tableau, Mode, or Excel.
  • Proven use of large language models such as ChatGPT or Claude in day-to-day work.
  • Ability to solve ambiguous, unstructured problems and turn disparate data into clear narratives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting to C-suite executives and a Board of Directors.
  • Advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Applied Math, or equivalent practical technical background.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $127,000 to $224,000 per year.
  • Bonus and equity are available in addition to base salary.
