Description

  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Manage all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation through closure.
  • Oversee schedule, budget, and resources to meet milestones and KPIs.
  • Coordinate with business teams, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure requirements are implemented correctly.
  • Lead risk and issue management, including identification, tracking, mitigation, and escalation.
  • Supervise deliverable quality and compliance with standards and requirements.
  • Coordinate QA and UAT activities to validate that the solution meets business needs.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including plans, meeting minutes, status reports, risk logs, and closure reports.
  • Prepare and distribute progress reports for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Drive change management and Salesforce adoption, including training coordination for end users.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Project Management/PMO leading large-scale technology implementations, ideally Salesforce or CRM.
  • Experience managing complex programs/portfolios and multi-country or globally distributed teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in IT, Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or diploma in Project Management is a plus.
  • PMP or another formal project management certification is preferred.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Project Manager, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid models.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana, or MS Office Timelines.
  • Solid understanding of the Salesforce platform, including architecture, data model, capabilities, limitations, and implementation best practices.
  • Experience developing detailed project plans with milestones, dependencies, risks, and communication plans.
  • Experience managing budgets, including cost control, expense tracking, variance analysis, and financial risk mitigation.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across business, IT, external vendors, and nearshore/offshore groups.
  • Advanced English, spoken and written, is required.
  • Availability to collaborate across global time zones and to travel if required by the client or project.
