Description

  • Lead the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of assigned projects.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact during implementation and work collaboratively with the customer project manager.
  • Manage multiple small- and large-scale projects using the PerfectServe Project Management Methodology.
  • Coordinate transitions from sales to services and from services to customer success for long-term support.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, tasks, and resource requirements.
  • Modify project plans to align with the Statement of Work and determine project success factors.
  • Assign appropriate resources to projects and ensure team members understand scope and success criteria.
  • Track project progress, work hours, and budgets using the EPM tool.
  • Facilitate weekly status calls and provide monthly status reports to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage budgets, resource allocation, issue and risk logs, change orders, billing milestones, and project closeout.
  • Build relationships with hospital senior leadership and ensure successful transition to account management and support.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of project management experience.
  • Experience managing Healthcare IT projects such as EMR, EHR, or similar systems.
  • Knowledge of project management techniques and tools.
  • Experience in strategic planning, change management, and risk assessment.
  • Proficiency in MS Project and the MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong multi-tasking, organizational, critical thinking, problem-solving, presentation, and documentation skills.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% or as required.
