Description

  • Act as the liaison between Fortune 500 clients and the sales force to strengthen relationships and support business goals.
  • Coach and train the sales force on product knowledge, sales processes, and quality standards.
  • Deliver campaign results by executing against goals and supporting reps in the field when needed.
  • Identify issues proactively and resolve them through problem-solving, collaboration, and creativity.
  • Monitor sales quality and hold the sales force accountable to high standards of execution and integrity.
  • Manage budgets and P&L performance while tracking scorecard metrics.
  • Launch new sales offices and ensure they are set up with client and Cydcor systems, training, and procedures.
  • Drive sales office performance to meet client, profitability, and growth goals.
  • Provide regular updates to management on office status, action plans, and campaign initiatives.
  • Mentor and coach reps, peers, and potentially direct reports as a field leader.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of retail store management experience; hands-on retail experience is strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience leading a sales team.
  • Experience in B2B, door-to-door, and residential sales is highly preferred.
  • Experience managing budgets and budget planning.
  • Experience driving revenue through indirect sales teams or partner management.
  • Experience with process improvement and consulting.
  • Experience managing a P&L.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft products.
  • Bilingual French is a plus but not required.
  • Valid passport required for occasional travel to the US 1 to 2 times per year.
  • Ability to travel within Canada 30-35% of the time.
  • Candidates on the East Coast of Canada are strongly preferred, especially bilingual candidates in Montreal or Toronto.
