Description

  • Proactively manage renewal pipelines and engagement milestones.
  • Research customer purchase and renewal history and recommend actions based on prior activity.
  • Manage KPIs related to renewal coverage scope by segment and region.
  • Gather requirements from Sales and user account signals for renewal, expansion, and upsell opportunities.
  • Assist with complex quote creation so Sales can focus on upsell opportunities.
  • Help develop and execute Stripe’s Renewals Desk strategy in alignment with the broader Sales strategy.
  • Identify and improve repeatable, scalable processes through automation, tooling, process changes, and vendorization where appropriate.
  • Cultivate a team culture grounded in ownership, customer focus, speed, integrity, and positivity.
  • Report regularly to key stakeholders on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence with strong analytical insight and clear communication.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Renewals, Account Management, or Customer Success, ideally in a tech environment.
  • Proven track record of owning and delivering both manual and automated processes.
  • Strong leadership experience, including building a high-performance, positive team culture and developing cross-functional partnerships.
  • Strong business judgment, analytical skills, and experience taking ownership, leading data-driven analysis, and influencing outcomes.
  • Experience working in a high-growth technology company and operating successfully in a lean, fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay effective in ambiguous situations.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification, or proven experience applying the methodology, preferred.
  • Experience in the financial services or payments industry, preferred.
