Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close for net-new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans to consistently exceed quota.
  • Identify and engage C-suite and senior decision-makers within target accounts.
  • Conduct discovery calls and presentations that communicate Cyara’s value proposition and differentiation.
  • Use outbound calls, email, and social selling to generate qualified opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline and provide forecast accuracy within a 10% margin.
  • Negotiate and close deals using a consultative sales approach focused on customer value.
  • Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to position Cyara effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems such as HubSpot and Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven SaaS sales experience in a net new business role.
  • Track record of consistently exceeding quota.
  • Strong ability to engage senior decision-makers and build revenue-generating relationships.
  • Experience managing high-value, complex sales cycles.
  • Technical aptitude to translate product capabilities into business benefits.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar systems.
  • Located in the Pacific or Mountain time zones is highly preferred.
