Description

  • Deliver in-person and/or remote training sessions for client-facing teams across key markets.
  • Facilitate interactive workshops that drive engagement and participation.
  • Adapt training delivery to local market context while maintaining global standards.
  • Collaborate with CXG teams on training preparation and alignment.
  • Support Train-the-Trainer sessions when required.
  • Contribute to content localisation and the continuous improvement of training materials.
  • Engage confidently with client-facing teams and senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in training delivery and workshop facilitation.
  • Strong background in the automotive industry, with premium or luxury experience preferred.
  • Ability to deliver interactive training formats beyond traditional presentations.
  • Confidence in managing group dynamics and engaging diverse audiences.
  • Experience working with client-facing teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Fluency in the local language of the target market.
  • Good level of English for coordination with global teams.
  • Freelance availability and flexibility for project-based assignments.
  • Experience supporting Train-the-Trainer sessions or content adaptation is preferred.
