Description

  • Generate and capture U.S. Marine Corps business opportunities across the enterprise.
  • Manage continuous engagement with current and future clients to shape demand and support growth.
  • Develop capture strategies, business plans, and execution models that align investment and acquisition plans.
  • Identify, secure, and track funding and buying-cycle opportunities for competitive pursuits.
  • Lead proposal development and capture efforts for specific opportunities.
  • Represent partner perspectives to cross-functional teams, including engineering and program management.
  • Collaborate with Mission Operations to expand business with existing clients and identify adjacent opportunities.
  • Coordinate trade shows, travel, and local agent agreements to support business development efforts.
  • Use market and budget-cycle knowledge to inform revenue forecasts, capture strategy, and technology development plans.

Requirements

  • Prior experience working with the U.S. Marine Corps, including current operational needs and relationships across key program offices and end users.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills for both internal and external audiences.
  • Ability to explain complex, technical ideas to a broad audience.
  • Ability to gain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
  • U.S. citizen, Green Card holder, or otherwise eligible for required ITAR authorizations.
  • Bias toward action and the ability to thrive in a startup environment.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and build processes that help scale the business.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • U.S. military experience is preferred.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment is preferred.
