Description

  • Obtain updates from Private Equity practice leaders on sales opportunities, projects, staffing assignments, utilization allocations, and project extensions.
  • Update Salesforce and Kantata records to keep opportunity and project data accurate, complete, and timely.
  • Perform regular data quality checks, audits, and cleanups to support downstream reporting accuracy.
  • Assist with system enhancements by testing, validating, and documenting changes.
  • Identify recurring user issues and partner with IT and senior RevOps team members to develop scalable solutions.
  • Provide support to PE practice users by troubleshooting issues and resolving data or access-related requests.
  • Develop repeatable processes to keep pipeline and project data current as the practice grows.
  • Surface trends, gaps, and data issues to RevOps, IT, FP&A, Staffing, and PE leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain timely and accurate practice data.
  • Help develop and implement firm-approved AI-enabled solutions and improve internal processes in compliance with company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, analytics, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Technological proficiency and comfort with hands-on data management and administration.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and timeliness.
  • Interest in Salesforce, Kantata, CRM systems, PSA systems, revenue operations technology, and AI-driven technology enablement.
  • Prior exposure to Salesforce and PSA systems is a plus.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in process improvement.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a Salesforce-heavy RevOps function of an AI-forward organization.
  • Willingness to work Eastern Standard Time (ET).
