Description

  • Design, implement, and manage enablement programs for Solutions Engineers and Customer Success Engineers.
  • Expand and deliver the SE and CSE onboarding program, including in-person training.
  • Provide enablement on storage and analysis solutions, licensing, sizing, competitive positioning, and pricing.
  • Develop and deliver workshops and content that support technical discovery and new customer value messaging.
  • Collaborate with Product, SE Leadership, Technical Marketing, and Enablement teams to align programs with product launches.
  • Partner with technical leadership to identify knowledge gaps and create targeted training.
  • Measure program effectiveness using engagement metrics, stakeholder feedback, and business indicators.
  • Leverage AI tools and agentic workflows for program development, lab creation, and just-in-time enablement.
  • Support teams in delivering customer demos and running successful proofs of value.
  • Ensure SEs and CSEs can communicate new product features and the broader Cribl portfolio effectively.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in technical sales enablement, technical training, and/or Solutions Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical sales role.
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS, preferably with familiarity in the IT telemetry and observability space.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver complex technical enablement programs with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable learning.
  • Experience collaborating across Sales, Product, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
  • Experience with demo platforms and tools, including writing demo instructions for technical sales audiences.
  • Self-starter with a strategic mindset, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Availability to occasionally work outside standard hours across multiple time zones in a remote-first environment.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $137,400 to $180,000 USD.
  • Eligibility for incentive compensation (commission) for sales and some sales-adjacent roles, or participation in the Cribl Corporate Bonus Program for other roles.
