Description

  • Qualify, follow up on, and develop inbound and outbound leads to move prospects through Cribl’s sales process.
  • Respond to and qualify inbound marketing leads according to defined service-level agreements.
  • Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for sales executives using Cribl’s qualification criteria.
  • Research target accounts, identify key personas, add contacts, and generate interest through cold calls and email campaigns.
  • Use selling and influencing techniques to uncover customer needs and business challenges and position Cribl’s solution.
  • Log, track, and maintain lead and opportunity data accurately in Salesforce.
  • Distribute qualified leads and meetings to assigned sales executives.
  • Work toward consistent meeting quota attainment to support territory revenue and growth goals.
  • Collaborate with Sales Directors, attend customer meetings as needed, and work with marketing to improve lead quality and pipeline generation.
  • Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and local trade shows to stay current with technology.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of previous prospecting experience.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, and other prospecting tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong business and technical acumen.
  • Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into a successful product sale.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Prior lead generation or sales prospecting experience is preferred.
  • A college degree is preferred.
  • Ability to cover the UK territory and travel into the London office.
