Description

  • Plan, drive, and manage progress on operations and policy-change projects.
  • Coordinate, communicate, and build alignment with related departments and stakeholders.
  • Operate and calculate incentive programs.
  • Collect, research, and analyze internal and external information.
  • Maintain, organize, and improve data management and reporting foundations.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to support project execution and decision-making.
  • Prepare presentation materials, reports, and proposal documents for management and internal stakeholders.
  • Plan and implement initiatives to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in and lead ad hoc projects needed to achieve organizational and business goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales administration, sales operations, or back-office work at a business company.
  • Experience aggregating and analyzing data and creating dashboards using Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving ability to identify issues from data and propose and execute improvements independently.
  • Ability to direct and manage operations smoothly while involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to perform administrative and settlement-related tasks accurately and with speed.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills for working effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Experience building or operating BI tools such as Tableau or Looker is preferred.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce is preferred.
  • Experience managing operations and settlement work for BPOs or agencies is preferred.
  • Experience leading process improvement projects in the IT or tech industry is preferred.
  • Leadership or team management experience is preferred.
