Description

Receive and inspect shipments by unloading deliveries and verifying contents against purchase orders.
Pick, label, package, and document work orders accurately and efficiently.
Track inventory using Excel and warehouse management systems.
Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
Generate and update inventory reports to support management decisions and process improvements.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in line with safety protocols.
Communicate with team members, supervisors, hardware, and production teams to resolve issues and support material flow.
Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse workflows.

Requirements

Significant experience in a warehouse, logistics coordinator, or equivalent role.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally toward shared goals.
Polished communication skills.
A bias toward action.
Familiarity with ERP systems and/or warehouse management and inventory control tools.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office or equivalent office productivity tools.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Forklift and/or crane license(s).
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 Security Clearance.
