Description

  • Maintain Clinical Care Navigator calls and related activities.
  • Monitor care operations channels and support clinical, care support, and provider operations teams.
  • Provide after-hours support to members and leaders seeking services or connection to internal teams.
  • Handle outreach and follow-up for escalated or sensitive situations as needed.
  • Coordinate training and mentoring for new hires and existing team members.
  • Monitor multiple system views and assign outreaches and follow-ups appropriately.
  • Assist with daily work balancing and phone/chat queue coverage.
  • Provide feedback to team members and clinical leadership, including suggestions for service, product, and technology improvements.
  • Help resolve system issues and outages, facilitate team meetings, and participate in special projects or workgroups.
  • Support crisis situations while following confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards.

Requirements

  • LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LICSW, or equivalent independent licensure required.
  • 3+ years of mental health or substance use disorder experience.
  • Crisis line experience required.
  • Experience working on global teams required.
  • English fluency required; additional language fluency is a plus.
  • Leadership experience preferred.
  • Ability to work occasional shift changes, holidays, and on-call rotation.
  • Ability to work independently with strong critical thinking when leadership is not present.
  • Excellent multitasking, communication, and context-switching skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable adopting new technologies and platforms.
  • Must be fully engaged and free from interruptions for the duration of the shift.
