Description

  • Manage and scale multiple security programs by defining milestones, success criteria, resource allocation, and delivery tracking.
  • Collect business and operational requirements from internal teams and document process and business requirement specifications.
  • Identify and resolve delivery impediments, risks, and issues, while driving automation and process improvements.
  • Participate in operational security workflows, vulnerability management patching, IAM initiatives, and governance programs.
  • Build clear reporting dashboards and present real-time program status, metrics, and KPIs to executive leadership.
  • Guide and coach engineering squads on Agile/Scrum practices to support sustainable delivery.
  • Support evidence collection for internal and external audits and assessments, including SOC 1, SOC 2, PCI, FedRAMP, and ISO 27001.
  • Advocate for and implement tooling and dashboards that improve traceability and transparency across risk initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing technical security, risk, or compliance projects, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, or PMP are highly desirable.
  • Expertise with Jira, Confluence, and project portfolio management tools.
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, and related AI capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, AWS, GCP, and cybersecurity/privacy frameworks such as NIST, SOC 2, and ISO 27001.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a globally distributed team.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, analytical ability, follow-up, and follow-through across multiple initiatives.
  • Self-starter with strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments while driving structured outcomes.
