Description

  • Partner with Transformation Leads to plan, coordinate, and execute strategic enterprise initiatives.
  • Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, action items, risks, and issues across assigned programs.
  • Analyze data and prepare insights, dashboards, executive reports, presentations, and KPI updates.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and maintain alignment on goals, priorities, and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain transformation plans and help resolve barriers to progress.
  • Support change management strategies, stakeholder communications, and enablement plans.
  • Support post-acquisition integration planning and execution when applicable.
  • Promote consistent transformation practices and tools across the Enterprise Transformation Office.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels and flex across initiatives as priorities shift.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise transformation, program or project management, strategy consulting, or related roles in complex organizations.
  • Strong program and project management skills across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Analytical and problem-solving ability, including translating ambiguity into structured plans and actionable steps.
  • Familiarity with organizational change management methodologies and tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior leaders.
  • Ability to collaborate, influence, and build trust across functions without direct authority.
  • Adaptability, resourcefulness, attention to detail, and strong follow-through in fast-paced environments.
  • Passion for strategic transformation and interest in developing broader initiative leadership.
  • Experience with corporate development, integration planning, or execution preferred; PMP or Prosci certification preferred.
