Description

  • Develop product positioning and messaging based on a deep understanding of procurement personas.
  • Translate complex business and technical concepts into clear market-facing value propositions.
  • Serve as a spokesperson in webinars, customer sessions, and industry events.
  • Create sales enablement content and tools such as decks, battlecards, solution briefs, and customer stories.
  • Partner with enablement to deliver training programs for go-to-market teams.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales to plan and launch campaigns that drive pipeline growth, adoption, and retention.
  • Gather and synthesize market, customer, and competitive insights into actionable strategies.
  • Engage with customers and prospects to gather feedback, support strategic deals, and identify advocates for case studies and speaking opportunities.
  • Use customer feedback and market trends to refine messaging and influence roadmap decisions.
  • Partner with Analyst Relations and Product teams to craft narratives and briefing content for analyst evaluations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain technology.
  • Experience leading go-to-market strategies and supporting product launches with measurable business impact.
  • Ability to turn complex concepts into clear, compelling messaging and content.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder-influence skills across teams and levels, including without direct authority.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to structure ambiguity and use insights to inform decisions.
  • Experience presenting to internal and external audiences, including sales teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Self-starter mentality with a passion for solving problems, moving fast, and delivering results.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to keep pushing forward in ambiguous environments.
  • High-energy, proactive attitude with urgency and momentum in day-to-day work.
