Description

  • Own the go-to-market roadmap, strategy, and execution for product launches.
  • Develop value propositions and messaging frameworks and drive company-wide adoption and consistency.
  • Gather market insights through research and customer interviews to understand purchasing drivers, sentiment, and messaging reactions.
  • Partner with Product Managers to refine offerings based on the competitive landscape and customer feedback.
  • Create sales and marketing collateral and internal and external communications that support adoption and conversion.
  • Build training materials and lead sales enablement for key launches.
  • Produce data-driven market stories, case studies, and product guides.
  • Support webinars that advance business objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Experience building and executing go-to-market plans for software products.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to influence and align colleagues across cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Collaborative, ownership-driven approach.
  • Experience marketing to government workers is preferred.
  • Comfort working in a remote environment based in Toronto/Canada.
  • Ability to work effectively with product managers and team leads on data-driven initiatives.
