Description

  • Develop event strategies with regional sales leadership to support quarterly pipeline and revenue goals for new business.
  • Partner with Integrated Campaigns, Product & Solution Marketing, ABM, Event, Brand, and Marketing Operations teams to deliver consistent messaging and high-impact field touchpoints.
  • Plan and execute in-person and virtual events, including both third-party and Coupa-hosted programs.
  • Engage target accounts across Procurement, Finance, and Supply Chain stakeholders to support new account penetration and pipeline acceleration.
  • Use tools and data from 6sense, Folloze, Marketo, Salesforce, and related platforms to prioritize accounts and shape field marketing programs.
  • Independently manage multi-channel campaigns and ensure timely execution and lead follow-up.
  • Analyze intent and engagement data to optimize programs and provide actionable insights.
  • Own reporting on event and campaign performance, translating complex data into clear next steps.
  • Advocate for sales needs and drive target account engagement across regional and national initiatives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise B2B marketing.
  • Proven expertise in field marketing strategy, execution, and measurement.
  • Demonstrated success running regional and national field events with measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.
  • Working knowledge of 6sense, Folloze, Marketo, Salesforce, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Tableau, and other campaign orchestration platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort owning reporting and turning complex data into clear insights and actions.
  • Strong project management and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience partnering directly with sales leadership and account teams to co-develop account plans and accelerate pipeline.
  • Strategic, outcome-oriented mindset with the ability to plan and execute high-impact marketing programs.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, and willing to travel 20-25%.
