Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to capture market share and achieve revenue targets.
  • Represent Phillips at industry events and deliver presentations to promote the company and its solutions.
  • Use the company's CRM to track opportunities and gather market intelligence.
  • Prepare proposals and product justifications that clearly communicate the value of the technology.
  • Drive revenue for a portfolio that includes high-end 5-axis machines, Swiss machines, VTLs and EDMs, box way lathes and mills, gun drills, grinders, and HMCs.
  • Build trusted relationships with manufacturing customers and support their precision and efficiency goals.

Requirements

  • Proven success in high-end machine tool sales with a documented history of exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep technical understanding of machining processes, ideally gained through experience as a machinist, programmer, or manufacturing engineer.
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout North and South Carolina.
  • Experience selling or supporting 5-axis technology is a significant advantage.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills for customer-facing and event-based sales activities.
  • Ability to use a CRM effectively for sales tracking and market analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is not specified but may be considered based on relevant background.
  • Compensation expectations align with a market-based salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually plus commission.
