Description

  • Drive local sales activities, including promotion, offer preparation, and acquisition efforts.
  • Present and defend commercial offers to customers and potential partners.
  • Serve as Key Account Manager for major clients in the region.
  • Execute sales strategies and work to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to adjust sales actions as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, Product Management, Marketing, and Business Development teams.
  • Interface with headquarters in Geneva and coordinate sales activities with engineering and other departments.
  • Expand the footprint of Electrical Safety Solutions products in existing and new industry sectors.
  • Support product line managers and marketing in developing product economics.
  • Contribute market feedback to improve products and services.

Requirements

  • Approximately 5-8 years of proven international sales experience in electrical equipment manufacturing or industrial B2B environments with complex technical products.
  • Strong track record of sales growth and commercial success.
  • Native English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Technical degree in electrical engineering or power electronics, ideally combined with additional commercial education.
  • Strong knowledge of at least one relevant sector: high voltage, medium voltage, railway traction systems, power transmission and distribution, renewable energy, or e-mobility.
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Natural team motivator with a proactive, opportunity-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel, up to 80% of the time, and direct client engagement.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, including the ability to build convincing communication strategies based on technical rationale.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Interest in and ability to understand DC and AC power systems and corresponding product needs.
