Description

  • Support transformation and technology projects for banking, insurance, and financial services clients.
  • Translate business requirements into solution, application, data, integration, and cloud architectures.
  • Develop technical architectures, solution concepts, and transformation roadmaps from design through implementation.
  • Assess existing systems and identify opportunities to improve architecture, integration, scalability, security, and maintainability.
  • Advise on cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, integration architectures, data architectures, and technology stacks.
  • Coordinate business, IT, development, and other stakeholders to create consistent overall architectures.
  • Build relationships with client stakeholders and communicate architectural recommendations to technical and business audiences.
  • Lead architecture workstreams, subprojects, and technical teams based on experience.
  • Contribute to internal technology initiatives and share architecture expertise within Capco.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with several years of relevant professional experience.
  • Extensive experience designing and implementing solution architectures in banking, insurance, or financial services.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical architectures and actionable solution concepts.
  • Knowledge of modern and traditional system landscapes and architectural patterns involving cloud, APIs, microservices, integration, and data.
  • Experience with at least one relevant cloud platform, including cloud-native architecture, security, governance, and scalability.
  • Knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, cloud, microservices, and software development practices.
  • Ability to evaluate solutions based on business value, feasibility, cost, risk, and strategic alignment.
  • Experience coordinating technical teams and workstreams and managing diverse stakeholders is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, and initiative-taking abilities.
  • Fluent English required; German language skills are an advantage.
