Description

  • Define end-to-end solution architectures aligned with business and technology objectives.
  • Develop architecture roadmaps, technology strategies, and transformation plans.
  • Lead architecture design for applications, integrations, data platforms, cloud solutions, and digital ecosystems.
  • Create solution blueprints, technical specifications, integration patterns, data flows, and system interactions.
  • Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools based on business requirements.
  • Lead design reviews, architecture governance, technical decision-making, and risk mitigation.
  • Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to architects, developers, and technical consultants.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technology solutions and present recommendations to leadership.
  • Lead cloud adoption, modernization, DevOps, automation, and continuous delivery initiatives.
  • Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, compliance, reliability, availability, and performance requirements.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, application development, systems integration, cloud technologies, or digital transformation programs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with solution and enterprise architecture, application design, and integration architecture.
  • Knowledge of AWS, Azure, and/or GCP cloud platforms.
  • Experience with API design, data architecture and modeling, microservices, distributed systems, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Knowledge of security architecture, governance, DevOps, CI/CD, and automation concepts.
  • Strong ability to align business and technology, develop roadmaps, manage architecture governance, and assess risk.
  • Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and cross-functional team leadership abilities.
  • Experience with digital marketing, CRM, CDP, data platforms, or customer-experience technologies (preferred).
  • Master's degree, TOGAF/Zachman knowledge, Agile/Scrum/SAFe experience, multi-cloud expertise, large-scale transformation leadership, or AWS/Azure/GCP certifications (preferred).
