Description

  • Collaborate with customers, Customer Value Managers, and internal teams to identify cross-sell opportunities aligned with customer business objectives.
  • Develop and execute account development strategies to position Coupa as the leading total spend management platform.
  • Create account penetration models to enable access to key stakeholders across customer organizations.
  • Craft value messaging for chief economic buyers based on their specific needs and challenges.
  • Partner with CVMs, Value Solutions Consultants, and Customer Support to strengthen Coupa’s presence in assigned accounts.
  • Maintain executive sponsorship and deepen relationships within existing customer accounts.
  • Identify client pain points and translate them into compelling business-value propositions.
  • Replace existing solutions with Coupa’s spend management offerings, including Coupa Pay and Coupa Supply Chain.

Requirements

  • Strong SaaS sales background with a proven track record of developing existing accounts.
  • Experience driving complex, multi-stakeholder engagements.
  • Domain knowledge in spend management is a plus.
  • Ability to identify client pain points and develop compelling value propositions.
  • Out-of-the-box thinking and the ability to bring fresh ideas to solution replacement opportunities.
  • Familiarity with Coupa’s spend management portfolio, including Coupa Pay and Coupa Supply Chain, is preferred.
  • Experience working with executive-level buyers and stakeholders is implied for success in the role.
