Description

  • Own retention, renewals, and growth across a portfolio of existing customers.
  • Build strong, multi-threaded relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Drive upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Prospect to expand contractual opportunities across teams, departments, and use cases within your book of business.
  • Lead renewal and commercial conversations, including pricing, terms, and negotiation.
  • Run strategic account planning and business reviews tied to customer priorities and measurable outcomes.
  • Identify customer challenges early and work cross-functionally to resolve them.
  • Coordinate internal teams across Client Success, Swag Sourcing, Marketplace, and Logistics to support customer outcomes.
  • Maintain forecasting discipline and pipeline visibility across your book of business.
  • Represent Reachdesk in executive-level discussions with confidence and professionalism.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, account executive, renewals, or a similar commercially oriented role with direct revenue ownership.
  • Proven track record of renewing, retaining, and growing revenue.
  • Sales, SDR/BDR, or account executive experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in subscription-based SaaS or other recurring-revenue environments with a consultative, strategic sales motion is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success owning renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and expansion within an existing book of business.
  • Track record of creating pipeline and generating new opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Strong commercial judgment and problem-solving ability.
  • Proven ability to build executive-level relationships across complex organizations.
  • Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills with the ability to clearly explain and simplify complex concepts.
  • Highly self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
