Description

  • Manage a portfolio of up to 15 client accounts and own them from onboarding through ongoing campaign management.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build long-term relationships.
  • Conduct client onboarding to understand business goals, target audience, brand positioning, tone of voice, and marketing objectives.
  • Develop paid advertising strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Plan, create, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns.
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and identify trends and opportunities.
  • Optimise targeting, bidding, scheduling, creatives, and budgets to improve performance.
  • Prepare and present monthly performance reports and client-facing recommendations.
  • Create ad creatives and write advertising copy that aligns with brand identity and platform policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Experience managing the full paid advertising lifecycle from strategy through optimisation.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts or high-volume workloads.
  • Experience presenting campaign results to clients.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager.
  • Experience with Canva.
  • Knowledge of campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, CPM, ROAS, and conversion rate.
  • Familiarity with ClickUp, Slack, and Google Drive.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal English, critical thinking, problem-solving, and confidence speaking with clients.
  • Google Ads experience is preferred.
  • TikTok Ads experience is preferred.
  • Digital marketing agency experience is preferred.
  • Hospitality, restaurant, or café industry experience is preferred.
  • Experience supporting Australian clients is preferred.
