Description

  • Provide technical expertise, competitive differentiation, and strategic advice throughout the sales process.
  • Design and deliver compelling software demonstrations using solution configuration, visual aids, and persuasive storytelling.
  • Develop RFP responses and sales collateral, including presentations, documents, and videos.
  • Maintain current knowledge of Coupa’s unified suite of spend management applications and how to configure and use them.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for account executives, solutions consulting colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects that increase the pace and size of sales transactions and adoption of Coupa solutions.
  • Improve execution by taking ownership and applying solution-oriented thinking to resolve issues.
  • Support enterprise sales efforts by translating business challenges into technical execution and measurable financial value.
  • Travel to prospects, customers, and a local Coupa office when required.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience supporting the sales or implementation of enterprise SaaS for business functions such as financial accounting, customer management, or sales automation.
  • Fluency in Business German and English.
  • Additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience with one Business Spend Management application or solution is desirable, such as eProcurement, eSourcing, Invoice Automation, Contract Management, Expense Management, Payment Automation, or Treasury Management.
  • Experience with more than one Business Spend Management application is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including slide design, persuasive storytelling, and showmanship.
  • Previous consulting experience with SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Ariba, Ivalua, GEP, Jaggaer, or similar platforms is a strong predictor of success.
  • Experience configuring and delivering software demonstrations is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and passionate environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.

Benefits

  • Remote work arrangement.
  • On-target earnings of €136,000 to €154,667 with a 70/30 pay mix.
  • Starting base salary range of €95,000 to €108,333 per year, subject to permissible non-discriminatory factors.
