Description

  • Lead multiple customer implementation projects from kickoff through production launch.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, milestones, risks, deliverables, dependencies, and customer expectations.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact through proactive communication and strategic guidance.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions to define business objectives, workflows, technical requirements, and success criteria.
  • Translate customer requirements into scalable platform configurations and recommend implementation best practices.
  • Coordinate Technical Services, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Support teams.
  • Identify delivery risks, remove obstacles, and develop mitigation plans.
  • Manage changing priorities, evolving requirements, and scope while maintaining customer confidence.
  • Improve implementation processes, documentation, tools, and delivery best practices.
  • Support customer expansion opportunities and follow-on implementations when appropriate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Information Systems, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementations, customer onboarding, technology consulting, project management, or related customer-facing technology delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple concurrent implementation projects.
  • Strong customer-facing communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, adaptability, and intellectual curiosity.
  • Experience facilitating customer meetings, documenting business and technical requirements, and completing projects successfully.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Experience with Visio, Miro, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar tools preferred; healthcare technology or telehealth implementation experience is also preferred.
  • Willingness to travel 10–20%.
  • Completion of Greenhouse Identity Verification powered by CLEAR is required to continue in the recruitment process.
