Description

  • Identify and recruit strategic partners that can expand market reach, accelerate pipeline, and create new revenue opportunities.
  • Own Cloudinary’s global strategic ecosystem strategy.
  • Assess partner potential based on market access, solution relevance, integration feasibility, and scalability.
  • Define long-term partnership monetization strategy.
  • Build executive alignment across internal and partner stakeholders to secure commitment and launch readiness.
  • Lead global alliances with hyperscalers and strategic platform providers.
  • Work across internal teams to help partners unlock new revenue streams and refine the value proposition.
  • Influence the product and AI platform roadmap through ecosystem insights.
  • Drive company-level ecosystem growth initiatives with executive leadership.
  • Model commercial opportunity and evaluate technical fit to quantify partnership potential.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of relevant experience in partnerships, business development, alliances, or ecosystem strategy.
  • Experience shaping partner strategy and owning a global strategic partner ecosystem.
  • Strong track record of landing high-value partners that drive measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Executive-level negotiation experience with top-tier alliances.
  • Regular interaction experience with C-level executives at hyperscalers or global strategic partners.
  • Ability to model commercial opportunity and evaluate technical fit to drive sourced revenue influence.
  • Background in API-first SaaS, digital platforms, integrations, or software ecosystems is preferred.
  • Externally recognized thought leader in ecosystem or platform strategy is preferred.
  • Experience partnering across Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Engineering.
  • Ability to lead through influence without direct authority and align multiple executive stakeholders.
