Description

  • Maintain regular cadence with key partners to gather feedback and improve Saviynt processes, tools, and systems.
  • Advise partners on strategic goals and ways of working based on field insights and internal performance data.
  • Work with CSMs, TAMs, and Expert Services to assess partner strengths, weaknesses, and projects at risk.
  • Track go-live dates, identify delayed or at-risk implementations, and recommend interventions.
  • Profile partners by geography, experience, and performance to support recommendations to Partner Directors and Sales Directors.
  • Monitor partner engagement across Freshdesk, Forums, Documentation Portal, Ideas Portal, and Saviynt Exchange.
  • Analyze regional and global trends in partner data and develop strategies for field teams.
  • Attend partner-focused events, present on relevant topics, and host workshops to increase engagement.
  • Create quarterly partner newsletter content that strengthens partner capability and knowledge.
  • Support Partner Directors in managing partner performance and communicating Saviynt’s vision, product roadmap, upsell, cross-sell, expansion opportunities, and pricing negotiations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering.
  • 10+ years of experience in channel/partner management enablement or a related role within an IAM/IGA organization.
  • Deep domain knowledge across all areas of IAG.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales dynamics, partner ecosystems, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Proven track record of building scalable training programs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally to build content and deliver trainings.
  • Experience with Federal and governmental entities is preferred.
  • Experience with sales enablement tools and platforms is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Knowledge of User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning, and Reconciliation.
  • Direct customer or partner interaction and management experience.
  • Ability to present and communicate at an executive level.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and work independently with a positive attitude.
