Description

  • Serve as the senior executive lead for customer relationships across Coupa’s most strategic accounts.
  • Build trusted, strategic relationships with customer executives and align Coupa’s capabilities to corporate and board-level objectives.
  • Define, measure, and drive business outcomes to ensure customers realize the full ROI of their Coupa investment.
  • Act as a thought leader on Autonomous Spend Management and advise customers on continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Lead the account governance model and maintain disciplined internal and external engagement cadences.
  • Mobilize cross-functional teams across Sales, Services, Product, Support, and subject matter experts to solve complex customer challenges.
  • Oversee engagement health, anticipate resource needs, mitigate risks, and accelerate time-to-value.
  • Develop long-term account journeys that expand the partnership beyond individual projects.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities that address emerging customer needs.
  • Champion customer feedback internally to influence Product, Technology, and Marketing roadmaps.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in customer success, management consulting, or professional services.
  • Track record of influencing C-level stakeholders in complex enterprise environments.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into actionable software solutions and transformation roadmaps.
  • Deep understanding of the Source-to-Pay lifecycle, including Strategic Sourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
  • Proven success leading distributed, cross-functional teams without direct reporting lines.
  • Entrepreneurial commercial mindset with experience identifying growth opportunities and supporting renewal retention strategies.
  • Ability to negotiate prioritization across stakeholders and programs.
  • Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences and complex business and technical concepts.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and ability to navigate sensitive political landscapes.
