Description

  • Partner with health systems on clinically driven workflow transformation initiatives that improve patient progression, care coordination, and the patient care experience.
  • Serve as a trusted clinical advisor and subject matter expert to internal and external stakeholders, including nursing, case management, utilization management, physician, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Lead customer engagements to evaluate and optimize technology-enabled clinical workflows and care coordination processes.
  • Identify and address clinical workflow barriers that affect patient throughput, discharge planning, and continuity of care.
  • Support adoption of standardized clinical workflows, escalation pathways, and best practices across acute care settings.
  • Provide clinical guidance and workflow expertise to support change management and user adoption initiatives.
  • Partner with internal teams to incorporate customer feedback and frontline workflow insights into product and process improvements.
  • Facilitate ongoing customer discussions and workflow reviews to assess adoption, customer goals, and improvement opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical stakeholders to support long-term customer partnerships.
  • Develop clinical best practices, customer education resources, and workflow strategies that improve care coordination and healthcare delivery outcomes.

Requirements

  • Active RN license and Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
  • 7+ years of experience, preferably in inpatient settings, with progression into larger clinical and leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of acute care hospital operations, interdisciplinary workflows, patient progression, and healthcare delivery challenges.
  • Data-driven approach with fluency in healthcare data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary stakeholders such as nursing leadership, physicians, case management, utilization management, and operations teams.
  • Experience with healthcare technology, analytics, or workflow optimization platforms.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to present ideas and guide teams through operational change.
  • Experience analyzing workflow challenges and leading process improvement in complex clinical environments.
  • Experience with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer priorities and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel 25–50%.
  • Board certification in a specialty area is preferred.
  • Advanced degree such as PhD, DNP, MSN, MHA, MPH, MBA, or a related healthcare field is preferred.
  • Leadership experience in case management, utilization management, nursing operations, care coordination, or hospital operations is preferred.
  • Experience with interdisciplinary rounds, throughput initiatives, or patient flow programs is preferred.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement training is preferred.
  • Experience supporting organizational change management or large-scale workflow transformation initiatives is preferred.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
