Description

  • Own the renewals and upsell motion for an enterprise customer portfolio to drive retention and expansion.
  • Proactively engage key decision-makers and the Client Management team to identify and mitigate renewal risks early.
  • Lead renewal negotiations and contract execution aligned with both company and client objectives.
  • Maintain accurate, timely renewal and expansion forecasting with strong pipeline and forecast hygiene.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and with executive stakeholders to coordinate risk mitigation and drive action plans.
  • Identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during the renewal cycle to increase share of wallet.
  • Build win-win renewal strategies that support long-term client partnerships and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of client success and/or account management experience within an enterprise SaaS organization.
  • Experience working with buyers in HR, People, Benefits, or Total Rewards is a plus.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding retention and revenue targets and protecting/growing ARR.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, take initiative, and work independently or collaboratively.
  • Comfortable using Salesforce.com with a commitment to data accuracy and forecast hygiene.
  • Must maintain work authorization for the duration of employment without employer sponsorship or employer-provided training plans or attestations.
  • Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • Experience in enterprise account management or renewals is required.
  • Experience driving revenue expansion and mitigating customer risk is preferred.
