Description

  • Partner with Human Resources Business Partners on compensation matters including offers, promotions, leveling, and pay decisions.
  • Advise HR and business leaders on compensation questions and scenarios.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and job evaluations using multiple salary survey sources.
  • Analyze compensation data to support internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Support annual compensation cycles, including merit planning, bonus, and equity grant processes.
  • Audit and validate compensation data for accuracy and consistency across systems.
  • Generate reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership decision-making.
  • Build and maintain complex compensation models in Excel.
  • Own salary survey submissions, data validation, and results analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–5+ years of relevant experience in compensation, HR analytics, or consulting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF/THEN logic, and complex nested formulas.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong ability to work with and analyze large, complex datasets.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, such as Dayforce, preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with market benchmarking and job matching.
  • Hands-on experience with salary surveys, preferably including Radford.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity.
  • Proven problem-solving ability when answers are not immediately clear.
